    How does payment actually work?

    We're a GST-registered Indian company. Standard projects are paid upfront — ₹50,000 + 18% GST to begin, against a proforma invoice. Enterprise projects are milestone-based instead. Proper GST tax invoice issued either way.

    Do you accept international payments?

    Yes — USD via Wise, Stripe, or wire transfer. We handle LUT compliance for zero-GST export invoicing. Same delivery process, same timeline, USD invoicing.

    Why not just use Zapier or Make?

    For simple tasks, you should. If Zapier already solves it cheaply, we'll say so. Custom automation makes sense when you have complex multi-step workflows, need it running on your own infra, or are hitting Zapier's task limits and paying ₹30,000+/month for a subscription.

    What if a connected tool changes its API?

    We write tests for all integrations. If an upstream API changes, fixing it is typically a small retainer task. The code is yours — any developer can maintain it.
