CodePixel Works is a small, focused team of engineers building custom software for teams tired of forcing their workflow into whatever SaaS they subscribed to. We've been working with universities, D2C brands, agencies, and growing businesses since 2021.

We're a small team — big enough to have a backup developer when someone's sick, small enough that you'll always talk to the person actually building your project.
We don't do big agency things: no 47-slide pitch decks, no 3-month discovery phases, no account managers who relay messages to the dev team. You get direct access to the people doing the work.
We also don't disappear after handoff. Every project includes documentation, and our Care Plans exist for brands that want us on retainer instead.
How we work
Three steps, then we build.
Audit (Day 1–3)
We look at what you have, what's broken, and what's worth fixing first. You get a written report with priorities and pricing.
Build (Day 4–onwards)
Fixed timeline, fixed price, milestone-based payments. You see progress weekly. No black-box 'still working on it.'
Ship & Support (Ongoing)
We hand off cleanly with documentation. Care Plans keep things running if you want us on retainer. If not, you own everything.
