    Private vs public app — which do I need?

    Private apps are for a single store and don't require App Store approval. They're faster to build and deploy. Public apps are for selling to multiple merchants via the App Store. We'll help you decide on the call.

    How does payment actually work?

    We're a GST-registered Indian company. Standard projects are paid upfront — ₹50,000 + 18% GST to begin, against a proforma invoice. Enterprise/public app projects are milestone-based instead. Proper GST tax invoice issued either way.

    Do you accept international payments?

    Yes — USD via Wise, Stripe, or wire transfer. LUT compliance handled on our end (zero GST for exports). Same delivery process.

    Can you build an app that connects Shopify to our internal tools?

    Yes. Most of our Shopify app work is exactly this — connecting Shopify to ERP systems, WhatsApp Business, custom inventory, Tally, CRMs, and logistics platforms.

    What Shopify API access do private apps have?

    Private apps have access to the full Admin API. We use REST and GraphQL as needed — products, orders, customers, metafields, webhooks, fulfillment services, everything.
